Our personal care giving team empowers individuals to stay safely in their homes while receiving assistance with activities of daily living
Personal Care services include, but are not limited to:
- Bathing
- Companionship
- Dressing
- Errands
- Grooming
- Laundry
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Shopping
Nursing Support
The skilled nursing team is available if at any time on an individual's needs change and they require additional care or support beyond personal care services
Frequency
Personal care services are coordinated by a Registered Nurse Case Manager who works to understand each clients' unique needs and develops a schedule and team to help meet these needs.

Individuals can currently receive personal care services in their homes within a 35-mile radius of Alexandria, MN.
Payment
Personal care services are paid for out of pocket and are not generally covered by insurance.
